Vfit PT With Vicky Church

All of the Vfit courses are designed to cater specifically for your individual needs.  With our courses we have a friendly, honest, open conversation about you, your current situation and desired outcomes.  We’ll be honest with you about what’s achievable and about what you’re going to need to do to achieve your goals.

  • The V8 Course

    The V8 Course £495.00

    We will literally invade your life.  The V8 package is for people who know they need a good kick up the bottom and know they are prone to snacking, cheating and generally slacking off.  Believe me there’s no shame in this.  With this package we’ll be there for every one of your meltdown, “I can’t do it” moments. We’ll be there for the “I ache too much to exercise”, the “I am so hungry I’m just going to grab a quick choccy bar”.  By finding out everything about you during our initial personal assessment we’ll know when you’re likely to feel weak and need that “don’t do it!” text or quick “are you OK?” phone call.

    The benefits you will receive

    • Initial Health and Wellness screening including: weight, measurements, body fat percentage and hydration levels
    • Before and after pics
    • Analysis of current diet and exercise habits
    • Initial fitness testing: 8 separate tests
    • You will then receive: a 6 week diet plan; 6 week exercise plan; and subsequent stretching and other equally as important advice bespoke to your requirements
    • You will have 2 x Personal Training sessions per week
    • During your Personal Training sessions your trainer will be constantly increasing the intensity, time or type of your workout to ensure we keep the demand for calories maximal throughout the entire 6 weeks.  This will create a greater demand on your metabolism and as such a higher rate of fat burning.  We also don’t want your muscles to find the workout easy at any point otherwise you will stop toning
    • Round the clock advice via text, email or phone call (phone calls will need to be within working hours 8am-8pm)
    • At the end of this 6 week course we will go through the entire initial assessment and testing again so you can see what you’ve accomplished.  This part of the process is incredibly important for your self-esteem and future motivation and should be the part you are most looking forward to.  It will drive and motivate you through the entire 6 week course
    • You are then encouraged to go out in the big bad world and brave it alone with your new found knowledge, motivation and love for self.  If you feel you need another 6 week course we can discuss the option that will best suit you.  Most people find that they just need the V1 to keep their direction focused.
    • Whatever you choose we will always be at the end of the phone should you need us

  • The V5 Course

    The V5 Course £249.00

    The middle of the road plan. If you’re one of those people who if given a plan will stick to it but you’re just not entirely sure how to adapt your workout to ensure you are achieving maximal results over the scheduled 6 week duration, this plan is ideal for you.  You will receive 1 Personal Training session per week and you will send your trainer your daily food and exercise log including caloric intake at the end of each day – if there’s anything we can tweak to enhance your performance we’ll be straight on to you.

    The benefits you will receive

    • Initial Health and Wellness screening including: Blood pressure check, body fat percentage, hydration levels, calculated metabolic rate, daily required caloric intake, 8 point body measurements, resting heart rate, and more
    • Analysis of current diet and exercise habits
    • Initial fitness testing: 3-5 tests dependant on required results
    • You will then receive: a 6 week diet plan, 6 week exercise plan and subsequent stretching and other advice bespoke to your requirements
    • You will have 1 x Personal Training session scheduled per week
    • During your Personal Training Sessions your trainer will be constantly increasing the intensity, time or type of your workout to ensure we keep the demand for calories maximal throughout the entire 6 weeks.  We also don’t want your muscles to find the workout easy at any point otherwise you will stop toning
    • Scheduled contact time with your trainer
    • At the end of the 6 week course we will go through the entire initial assessment and testing again so that you can see what you’ve accomplished.  This part of the process is incredibly important for your self-esteem and future motivation and should be the part you are most looking forward to. It will drive and motivate you throughout the 6 week course
    • You are then encouraged to go out in the big bad world and brave it alone with your new found knowledge, motivation and love for self.  If you feel you need another 6 week course we can discuss the option that will best suit you.  Most people find that they just need the V1 to keep their direction focused.
    • Whatever you choose we will always be at the end of the phone should you need us 🙂

  • The V1 Course

    The V1 Course £149.00

    The least supportive of the VFit courses. Designed for people who know what they need to do, know how to do it but need a good solid kick start with some seriously specific training systems designed to hit those minor areas of weakness, e.g. V02 max training, explosive strength, back to training after a baby, weight loss or functional strength.

    The benefits you will receive

    • Initial Health and Wellness Screening including: Blood pressure check, body fat percentage, hydration levels, calculated metabolic rate, daily required caloric intake, 8 point body measurements, resting heart rate, and more
    • Analysis of current diet and exercise habits
    • Initial fitness testing: 3-5 tests dependant on required results
    • You will then receive: a 6 week diet plan, 6 week exercise plan and subsequent stretching and other advice bespoke to your requirements
    • 1 x Personal Training session every 2 weeks
    • During your Personal Training sessions your trainer will be constantly increasing the intensity, time or type of your workout to ensure we keep the demand for calories is maximal throughout the entire 6 weeks.  We also don’t want your muscles to find the workout easy at any point otherwise you will stop toning
    • At the end of the 6 week course we will go through the entire initial assessment and testing again so that you can see what you have accomplished.  This part of the process is incredibly important for your self-esteem and future motivation and should be the part you are most looking forward to. It will drive and motivate you throughout the 6 week course
    • You are then encouraged to go out in the big bad world and brave it alone with your new found knowledge, motivation and love for self.  If you feel you need another 6 week course we can discuss the option that will best suit you.  Most people find that they just need the odd 1-2-1 session to keep their direction focused.
    • Whatever you choose we will always be at the end of the phone should you need us

  • Pay as you go

    Pay as you go £85.00

    This package is ONLY advised for people who are extremely self disciplined and have a core underpinning knowledge of diet and exercise and are able to train themselves OR if you have already graduated from one our pre-existing fully inclusive VFit courses and just need a top up or re-screen.

    • Initial Health and Wellness Screening including: Blood pressure check, body fat percentage, hydration levels, calculated metabolic rate, daily required caloric intake, 8 point body measurements, resting heart rate, and more
    • Analysis of current diet and exercise habits
    • Initial fitness testing: 3-5 tests dependant on required results
    • You will then receive: a 6 week diet plan, 6 week exercise plan and subsequent stretching and other advice bespoke to your requirements
    • With this package you are then able to use the diet and exercise plans to train yourself, there is no additional support included in this package, your trainer will just test your current levels and design a diet and workout plan that will suit your goals.

 

 

Throughout the 6 week course you will feel like you’re on a physical and emotional roller coaster BUT you’ll have the love, encouragement and support of your devoted trainer every step of the way.  You will love them, hate them, doubt them and eventually trust them implicitly and they will probably become one of your best friends.
