The One and Only Vfit Bootcamp Cornwall

Days: Sunday mornings.

Times: 9.15-10.45am

Location: Varying (Gwithian towans, Sandy Acres Beach, Godrevy, Tehidy Woods north or south entrance) generally always within the Camborne and Hayle area.

Format: 6 weeks all inclusive course.

Package:
  • Initial weigh in, measure and fitness test.
  • Healthy eating plan.
  • Health and Wellness fitness testing tracker.
  • 6 x 1.5 hr sessions of Bootcamp.
  • Week 6 re-weigh, measure and fitness test.
Description:

This life changing, one of a kind course not only helps you shed 4-6kg and about 20 inches of body fat in 6 weeks BUT more importantly leaves you with an overwhelming sense of pride and achievement. Throughout this 6 week course you’ll do things you never thought possible. Running further, jumping higher and squatting deeper than ever before. Huffing puffing, aching but exhilarated you’ll giggle your way to the end of each grueling 1.5hr session.

Come on your own or with a friend – either way you’ll all leave with a renewed sense of self, a deeper confidence, a fitter healthier body and with a love for the outdoors that most of us left behind with childhood!

The Original Vfit Bootcamp:

Delivered at some of Cornwall’s most stunning scenic locations, accompanied by some amazing like-minded people – Vfit Bootcamp really is something else. It isn’t just about looking good in a bikini or shorts, it’s about providing access to a life that we all thought was long gone, along with our teens! Don’t get me wrong we do kick ass Marine based exercise drills along with all the fluffy team games.

So fear not whether you’re looking for: a kick start back in to fitness, a dress you want to get in to, you’ve never done any fitness before and you’re really scared about starting OR you’re already super fit and need to be pushed that extra 10%, whatever it is we have the instructors, knowledge and resources to deliver exactly what you need in a safe, fun and super effective environment.

The Instructors:

The Beginners group will generally be led by Kath or Mel as they’re a tad fluffier than Vicky who as a professional athlete may not be quite so kind on those last 10 burpee tuck jumps, so she will head up the Intermediate/Advanced bunch alongside Helen 🙂

    Early Morning Summer Bootcamp

    Days: Weekday Mornings

    Times: 0600-0645am

    Seasons: Only run in summer

    Location: St Georges Memorial Walk Hayle.

    Format: Either 4 or 6 week all inclusive course

    Package:

    • 6 x 45min sessions of Bootcamp
    • Week 6 re-weigh and measure
    Description:

    Ideal for the early bird or people who just love to get their fitness out the way before the day gets underway. This stunning sunrise 45min kick ass workout will incinerate body fat, help develop long lean muscle definition at the same time as uncovering your inner athlete.

    Running down to the beach as a warm up, followed by some of the usual cheesy Vfit games like stuck in the mud and 5,4,3,2,1 we will energise your mind and body for the day ahead.

    Because this course is split over more days we as an instructor team have a better opportunity to meet with you and direct you on a 1-to-1 basis on how to achieve your goals by making alterations at regular intervals along the way. We also get to know when you’re slacking and when you genuinely need to take it easy. With the sessions only being 45 minutes we will be working at quite a fast pace employing the help of training systems like Tabata, Intervals, Fartlek and Explosive Plyometrics. This will ensure you get the absolute max calorie burn and metabolic rate kicker possible.

    Like with all Vfit Bootcamps we will empower you to cast inhibitions, paranoia or self-consciousness to one side so you can enjoy exercise and the outdoors like never before. Running, jumping and playing as if no-one were watching will become almost ordinary for you.
